Our solutions monitor the Quality of Service delivered to individual subscriber’s. By aggregating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), a measure of RAN, Core and Device quality is also provided. By crowdsourcing KPI’s directly from subscriber’s devices we are able to monitor normal service across a broad geography (including in-building and remote areas) and a large range of devices.
